Best yet, it's on a single UMD!

This made me a lot happier to be a PSP owner.

If this does indeed come to the US, I'll be very annoyed at my lack of a PSP. :(

Oh, I don't care one way or another. I have both for the PS1, and I'd prefer to play it on the console. If the PSP versions did come out here, I'd probably buy them, but I don't particularly care one way or the other.

My "holy /xxx.gif/xxx.gif/xxx.gif/xxx.gif" comment was expressing my extreme surprise that this was even being considered.

It's cute that you guys think it's coming out here. There is no reason to think that they wouldn't bring it out here, they want money, and there is tons of money in bringing it to the states. I'd say it's more likely to come to the U.S. than not, odds are we'll just have to wait a long time for it.

None of the Breath of Fire or Rockman Dash ports have made it over, and I don't see how this would be any different.

Wow... Never thought they'd do that.

It might come over, Suikoden sells pretty well over here, it's not immpossible.

I would say Suikoden is quite a bit more widely popular in the states than Breath of Fire and Rockman Dash.

But due to the PSP's lack of reigon coding with games wouldn't it be relativly simple just to import it?

I got my PSP when it was only released in Japan, hell waiting for a ( awfully late ) EU release in Sep this year.......

Suikoden I & II Staying In Japan?
09.20.05 - 11:03 PM

According to a Fact Sheet seen on Konami Japan's website, the PSP versions of Suikoden I & II seem to be staying in Japan.

A response from Konami Digital Entertainment - America was unavailable at the time this news was posted. This may be an error, as the PSP version of Winning Eleven 9 is also slated only for Japanese release on this fact sheet, when the franchise is already heading stateside. We'll keep you updated on this unfortunate news.
