Does anyone know of a way to save certain Internet flash cartoons? I wanted to keep the Sports Guy shorts from ESPN.com on my computer, since I don't normally have this one hooked up to the 'Net, but it uses ESPNMotion to play and there's no way I can see to save straight from the site.

I just record them into .avi format with Snagit. But that's because I'm a video editing nerd.

Maybe if you look at the source code for the page. Then look to where it has the part about the video file. Somewhere there should be the video file's url. Then just insert the url into your browser. Once it loads, just save the page. *tried it on newgrounds*. I hope that helped.

If you're using Firefox, there's an easy way to do this.

On the page you're at, right-click and go to View Page Info, then click on the Media tab. Scroll through the list until you find the thing you're looking for and hit the Save As button.

It's a neat trick that I don't think many people realize it available to them in Firefox.
