The Amazing Spider-Man is always a great grab it seems, especially as of late. Current faves include Astonishing X-Men, and DC's Justice. I do get all of the regular X-Men books, and Uncanny's pretty good right now. X-Men is in between story arc's right now though, though it has been pretty good the last little while. I'm also working away at getting the Ultimate Spider-Man series in trade paper back form.

Oh, did I mention I'm a comic book geek?

Calvin and Hobbes. That doesn't need an explanation, just 'Calvin and Hobbes'.

i dont have one.
i read it, i judge it, and 2 things can happen:
- good comic: save it from the trashcan
- bad comic: keep it around for halve a year, read it again, judge it again.
- still bad comic: lets hope the trashcan is hungry :p (matter of speach)

Sandman and all its spin offs, especially the Death related ones (Time of Your Life, etc). Hopeless Savages is also quite good. And, despite its poor execution; Battle of the Planets.

I really enjoy the stories of Batman, X-men, and Spider-man, but the stories just go on and on and ON and wind up getting incredibly stupid and cheesy. I really wish the creators would just lay off them for a bit.

I grew up on X-Men and Spider-man, and own a huge amount of them. I recently though have fallen in love with Batman titles and graphic novels, and I'll have to say they top my favorites list ATM.

Depends on wether or not Manga counts. If it does, than Beet the Vandel buster is the best. If not, Calvin and Hobbes.

Since I'm assuming this doesn't include manga or webcomics, Calvin and Hobbes.
