Halo 2- When in the Forerunner installation as the Arbiter, just before you meet the flood, two grunts have a conversation:
Grunt 1: I have a bad feeling about this...
Grunt 2: You have a bad feeling about everything! You had a bad feeling about this mornings food-nibble!
This is a reference to the food-nibble (AKA food-nipple) grunt from the first Halo. Not hugely funny, really, more of a Halo in-joke.

I just love the coincidental quotes you can get in Battle for Middle-Earth. Like when they have nearly destroyed your base, Gondor will say randomly yell "THEY'RE ATTACKING!" or "THEY HAVE ATTACK!"...Really? I didn't realise...

But the one that takes Gold must be when I was playing Rohan. I clicked on Merry and he said "I'm thinking it's time for Lunch!" Then I clicked on something else (I think it was an Ent) and he grunted, and it sounded exactly like "No". It was funny. :D
