Well, I know Shay, Mandy, and possibly Shoy got highly addicted to it. There are definitely others, but I can't remember. I think it's online games that don't have an ending in general that are addictive. :(

It's addicting, but only if you let it be. I love the game but I don't think anyone can argue that I'm addicted to it. It's easy to get addicted, but it's just as easy to show a little restraint and not play the game 24/7.

Mik is also the leader of Linkshell, so he's more...attached to FFXI than other people might be. Plus, I haven't seen him playing the game as much as he used to so that might not even be the reason why he's MIA from EoFF.
