as you probly know FFs dont hide feeling for characters very much and its obvious from the start whos gonna end up with who but FF5 seems different because at the start galuf says somthing like.
"yeah right!your only coming cause youve got the hots for her!"
but after that about nothing happens. ive got to world 3 but havent beaten the game yet but i want to know if anything happens between batz and another character. thanks.

Zell and hotdogs was the real romantic plot of final fantasy VIII. As for butz, I think he like Galuf. Its weird I know, but he seems to have more nicknames, and fun with that chracter.

Sides that Renia wins by default - being that Galuf is a guy, Faris looks like a Guy, and the other girl ... lets not get into such illeagal slander. Butz is just too cool for school.

As far as I am concerned, I agree with the notion that Butz being involved with any of the Neo Dusk Warriors would have been lame. I mean, like it was posted earlier, tha game was great with out a romantic plot, and Butz was just an adventurer looking over the world. Not a girl crazy boy like Zidane. I am only in the moogle village, but I think this game may replace 6 as my favorite. Especially after the drone's super cool analasys of the game.

There's a girl in Lix that says something along of waiting for him and wanting to "Admit" something to him.

It promotes a match up but I may have missinterperted it.

Butz got the hots for Faris when everyone still thought she was a man. So therefore Butz is either bi or homo. Meaning he should be with Faris, since she is hermy.
It seemed Lenna was making all the coy suggestions, and Butz just blew her off (Butz......thank you! x500000 times she says it in the game).
So, Butz probably called Faris when they all went home after defeating Exdeath.
