How do I get the Level 3 magics???

I am trying to figure where I go to the Level 3 black magic like fir 3 ice 3 and bolt 3 can any 1 help please???

I'm sure you'll find where to buy them within a few towns. They're hard to miss, really.

you dont get them in world one but you do get them near the end of world 2.

a red mage i think can use any black or white magic.

Yes, Red Mage can use up to lvl 3 magic. After that, he's only good for casting magic multiple times in a row.

Actually, Red Mages can't use Fire3/Ice3/Bolt3 without !Black as the optional skill. These "third level elemental spells" are actually level 5 magic; Holy, Flare, and such are level 6 magic. Red Mages can only use up to level 3, which includes Fire2, Ice2, Bolt2, and Cure2.
