HELP!!! Crash at Gold Saucer: Cloud and Aeries Date (on Gondola)

I can't get past this scene, where they in the Gondola talking about someone (I think Aeris old ex). Then it freeze... Please help me!!!

Ummmmmm, if it freezes, that means the disk is too scratched...
