You mean the live action (specify, cause there's an anime)? It's quite good, you can obtain it at BoxTorrents. Koda Kumi isnt in it, but she does do the theme.

Essentially it's about Honey Kisuragi (I think that's right), an 'ordinary' girl who is secretly a super-powered cyborg created by her father. I wont say much about that, the story will tell you. She fights the evil Panther Claw organization.

It's a very very good live action, I really enjoyed it. Koda Kumi is a wonderful singer.

The first anime was... hentai-esque. Sort of gratutious flashes and the like. Like Dirty Pair. It isnt hentai, but it's risque. Cutie Honey F, the next anime, was more family-friendly. The live action isnt at all erotic, save for a few panty shots and the like.
