1? That's a tough question, since the 'year' she was born (told in a flashback episode) is now like 10 years ago.

The only birthday Maggie has celebrated on the show is her first birthday, so she is one year old. Bart celebrated his 10th birthday, Lisa her eighth, and I believe Homer did celebrate his 36th birthday. I may be wrong on that. Marge has never celebrated a birthday.
