4. Frasier (the only funny american sitcom in my opinion)

I don't have a fifth, unless you count animation.

Just about everything else I can think of right now either isn't funny, or is funny only in small doses but gets old really fast.

It would have been Seinfeld and Friends, but they're only in reruns now so I don't watch any sitcoms. If a show is not 60+ minutes long, I don't watch it. At least not with any regularity.
