Do you cope well with stress, or do you huddle in the fetal position like me?

Some people have the ability to just "switch off" to all sorts of stresses in their life. I find this quite fascinating, and on the odd occasion, a little bit silly. I guess it works for them, though.

And your methods are...?

Grind it out or stop whats causing it.

Kick a puppy in the face. Then at least you know that someone feels worse than you.

I just pretend it isn't happening. Not very good to hold it in, but it works.

I want to lie in my bed, but I usually get angry over it and try to get some strenght from that.

I'll go fighting nail and teeth, you've never seen such perseverance.
Gonna make you scared of me.

Solution to stress? Games, people, games! Take your anger out on Nazis and zombies.

I try to handle stressful situations but I can't. First I lose my temper with somebody/something/myself and hit something. Then I cry.
Then I sleep. I wake up and do the same thing again. :(

I never really got stressed until this year. Most of my stress comes from finances, computer problems and Eyes on Final Fantasy.

Sometimes a good cry helps. :3
That or sleep. Usually, if I'm extremely frustrated/stressed/annoyed/peeved over something, I can go to sleep and the next morning I'm perfectly fine. At least, for a while.

I breathe, try to relax, and displace the stress. If that fails, I'm just not a pleasent person to be around.

I don't deal with stress, I just ignore it. To free yourself forom stress you know only but one phrase:
STUFF IT!
But in the end, when your less freaked out, you gotta face what's making you so stressed to start with, that always helps.

There's a saying that always tends to help me out.

"If in doubt - do nowt". It's a lifesaver.

I have the ability to switch off, so I can handle it well..

I fail at dealing with stress that solely affects me - but in stressful situations that affect a group of people I know, then I seem to remain the calm one.

I totally can't handle it. But I try to handle it, because I don't wanna be ANTYHING like my dad, but when I try to handle it, it usually gets worse.

I used to find that I stressed about everything, especially like, losing something or getting a letter home from school, but more recently I've found I can cope a little better. I just normally try to block out the thought of what the results of what I've done may be!

It must be one of those growin up signs.

I suck with stress, and I really suck when I have to deal with more than 1 stressful situation at a time, I just can't take it all in.

...what the hell does that even mean?

I'm guessing it means "If in doubt, do now," meaning don't procrastinate, thereby getting stuff done before it has a chance to stress you out. As for me...I don't deal with stress that well, but I don't really freak out. I just get really nervous about a lot of stuff--I constantly worry I've forgotten to do something, etc.

No. It doesn't mean that at all. 'Do nowt'. Not 'now'. T'was no typo, nowt be a word. And a fine one. It means nothing. If in doubt, do nothing. God. Now doesn't even rhyme with doubt. You think people would get it but noooo.

I was in abit of a 'stressful situation', as you yanks call it, today. So I threw a small, plastic bucket (about 1cm tall and wide) at my wall. I think it was from Playmobile. Helped a little. You see? Does not need to be a man's head, a Playmobile toy gets your anger out just as well, if not better.

I growl and tell the cause of my stress to smurf off, then I go to my cave and hit things with a club. Okay maybe not but I do go and hide in my bed, and then when I get out I hit the cause of my stess with a left hook.
