Not usable? It nearly fits requirements, nothing Paint can't fix. It's jsut to tall, and changing it would ruin it.

I can read what it says after much squinting, it's just that the two colours clash. Just a little constructive crit, when using reds in images..try to stick with plain coloured fonts, like black or white. As I said, otherwise it's done really well. =)
