O.k you know how when your supposed to go enter the codes on the train on the first disk? Well I'm having trouble remaining unnoticed by the guards. Can someone help? Also, just a simple question of logic but the red guard senses body heat right? So how come he can only sense Squall"s?

dont fret about the time. u got plenty. and anyways just press R1 or L1 (depending on which side ur on) to see if any guards r coming. if they r jus simply go back up and then back down. u have enough time. trust me.

oh and if this is for PC than i dont know wat the controls r

for ur 2nd question:its just a game

I've never seen anything so difficult about that part. Anytime I've had to run over the train, I just ran straight through and they didn't notice me even though they were checking their blinds or something.
When you're entering the codes, just keep R1 or L1 (whichever side the guards are on) pressed down and you can see when they are coming. Although on the first time it's quite unnecessary, since Zell and Selphie tell you when they are coming. So when they do, just head back up (with the directional up button of course :P) and wait until the text messages (where Zell/Selphie say that they're coming) disappear, and continue entering the codes. It's really not that tough, just don't fret :)

every time i've played and the mission started, they said something about the sensors all being broken, so you can just run across. i don't know if that always happens or if it's random or if you can trigger it.

I don't remember anything about the sensors being broken o.o but maybe it's something you have to do so as to trigger the event or something :P

My sensors were broken, so there must be something that some did and some didn't.

Stick stickers on the buttons that correspond with the numbers, then you really wont have to think, and only have to concentrate on hgoing up and down. Trick: go down. insert two, go up, wait for both of the guards to pass. go down, instert two more, go up, then insert the last after the guards have passed again

Guarunteed a perfect and a SeeD level+1 if you take your time and dont screw up the codes

O.k I got it. I was try'n too hard. See at one part of the tutorial about the train sensors it say's when the red guard comes don't stop moving and when the blue guard comes don't move at all. What they failed to tell me or I failed to remember is, the sensors don't work on the top of the train so when the guards come just be on top of the train and you won't be detected.

Now can someone please explain this card game to me?

Try to put bigger numbers than the opponent.

lol the card game is complicated further in the game. i suck at explaining things but it's simple once you get used to the game play. hopefully somebody will come along and give you full out detail.

I'm past that part. I think I'm beging to understand the card game a little and based on the respones to my question I guess I'm not theonly one who had a problem with it. That makes me feel a little bit better.

OK, let's see if I can explain this . . .

See those numbers on the card? There are four of them, in kind of a diamond shape. The top number represents the top of the card, and so on. Now, when two cards owned by two different people (you can tell who owns the card by the background color, it will be blue or red) are next to each other, the card that was just played may capture the card next to it. I'll introduce an example: say I play a card with 6 on the bottom next to my opponent's card that has a 4 on top. In this case, the 6 will beat the 4, and my opponent's card will change colors to become mine -- it can be captured back though, so watch out!

Hopefully, this explains the basics of how the game works. There is an in game tutorial you might want to check out as well.

EDIT: Oh yeah, if you've lost your Ifrit card, it makes the came considerably harder. Try playing with the little kid running around Balamb Garden on the first floor -- he has a MiniMog card that is not too shabby -- 9's on top and bottom, and a 2 and 3 on the left and right.
