Master Command, it'll let you do lots of funny things. Aside from that, I think it's Mega All.
Mega All + Pre-emptive=Deathblow = lovely.

kotr 'cues it takes out alot of bosses when ya get it and you cud win with just one or two attacks

omnislash: battle square. win 32,000 points then purchase the item that cost that much. the 64,000 prize is w-summon

Ultima is my Fav, looks cool, used it as my last chance to beat Sephiroth for the first time.

My fav combinations would be:
All Summon+HP Absorb
after that it would be:
Final Attack+Phoenix
Meteor+Quadra Magic

Materia system owns!
Would have been cool if the main characters in AC used them.

Steal/mug... all my characters had one when they left midgar :p

afterwards, Enemy Skill, 4x Cut and morph

of course no enemy cept ruby and emerald can stand up to my level 99 cloud, lvl 99 barret, lvl 99 tifa - each having a 4x cut, master summon, master materia, master command, counter attack, hp plus, mp plus, 3 mastered enemy skills (i have 4 mastered enemy skill materias but only 3charcters in my party), zieldrich and ribbon.

My Ultimate Materia Setup...

p/s: favourite may be choco/mog because its hilarious when you see a fat chocobo come out...

My favorite had to be enemy skill. The skill Matra Magic made it so easy to get limit breaks.
