How fast did you beat this game

wen i jus rushed thru the game i managed 32 hours. but i didn't get a lot of the secret stuff (yuffie, vincent, 4th limits, best weapons, etc). the final sephiroth is HARD without all the extras!!!

Yeah I beat him with having Yuffie, and Vince but no 4th limits; just 3rd. And I think most of the best weapons if I recall...

I was level 45 lol, that was not easy.
My best time was 00:00 because some weird glitch, (I'm good at finding those) reset the timer, it wouldn't work afterward lol.

I don't think I've ever gotten past the mid 40's for levels on any play through where I didn't bother with side quests. If you're party is prepared to deal with just about anything thrown your way, it shouldn't be a problem.

As for how long it takes me to beat the game: a fair bit under 40 hours just playing to beat it, longer with side quests.

I don't think I've ever gotten past the mid 40's for levels on any play through where I didn't bother with side quests. If you're party is prepared to deal with just about anything thrown your way, it shouldn't be a problem.

I didnt have a problem really, like the final boss i died a couple of times but that was be being distracted by the tv on my PC and stuff instead of my characters being too weak. i got some bits that i was told about before i first played, like i got omnislash and other stuff obvious like that. My quickest(though not trying to be quick) was about 75 hrs.

i think my current game is about 70 some hours. granted, ive had that save game for years, just about every side quest, visited all locations again, and most materias mastered, in addition to 3 characters at level 99 and a bunch of others in the 80's. I just ran through the ending today. Jenova, Bizzarro, and Safer were nothing, as one might expect, particuarly with certain material set ups. When i first beat it, im not sure what level i was, but probably 20ish hours less or so (i had gone for knights of the round and a few other side quests), and i dont know what level.

what can i say, i like the music a lot. ha

i made 46 hours includeing knights of the round, ultima weapon, vincent(not yuffie) and no fourth limit breaks.

in the end.. sephiroth is just to damn easy no matter what your level if you got a knights of the round. or else bahaumut zero.

Just add on a mp turbo materia then for the first form one knights of the round dose him in. second will go by fast with de-barrier, followed by an mp turbo knights of the round and hes done. way to freaking easy.

Me? Well the first time i had some help from a friend, and the second time i just knew where everything was. Well i think it was 30-40 hours the first time, but it may have been 40-50. I'm not too sure, it was a while ago. Plus the game got deleted, so i cant confirm it.
I heard that the record was like 5-10 hours or somthing. I dont belive it though, with the talking and stuff.

My friend and I completed it in about 50 something hours, Cloud/Barret/Vincent in the Lv 60 range. Cloud was dishing out 13000+ damage per hit, even to Safer Sephiroth, so you can imagine how fast the final battle flew by. :)

No, it isn't possible to break damage limit but if you have 4x cut or something with 9999 damage each time.

[TR][TD]my quickest time was 24 hoiurs and thats with killing all the weapons and everything, i cant really remember what my stats were tho. I have a friend that completed it in 13 hours (but not with all the weapons and WEAPONs dead. I think as soon as I finnish FFX again ill have a bash at doing it in the fastest time poss with everything done.

My quickest was around 250 hours, I've only beaten the game twice. I don't try to beat the game fast. I like to get all the extras and additional features of the game, plus I put tons of time into training ( I think i was around lvl 87 when i actually beat all the weapons and sephiroth). I would say the actual ammount was around 300 hours, but thats from falling asleep with the game still running.
