Questions on Sidequests

Could someone tell me how you save Lucca's mother from losing her legs? I know you have to operate a machine but I need to know what buttons have to be pressed in what order.:confused:

Depends on what version you're playing. For the SNES version, the order is L-A-R-A, the name of Lucca's mother.

For the Playstation version, I believe the code is L-O-R-O, but I'm not sure.

On the SNES version, it's L-A-R-A. On the Playstation version, It's L1-Triangle-R1-Triangle, I believe.

[Edit] Darn, just barely beat to it! At any rate, on the Playstation version, it's probably one or the other, Triangle or Circle.
