Food... how often?

Mmm... food... Oh yeah, I've done this a hundred times, but how often do you eat?

Depends a lot. Sometimes once a day, sometimes 3-4 times a day.

During a regular week workday, I eat about 6 times a day. I don't usually eat big meals, its basically 6 small high-protein meals, as opposed to 3 big meals and snacks. I don't consider this too often as I usually more or less kick the $hit out of myself at the gym, and hence get tonnes of exercise.

Its usually something like this:

Breakfast: Protein shake at 7:30am (sometimes with toast)
Coffee during the morning while at work

Sandwich (or something that size, maybe leftovers) at 10:30-11

Sandwich (or something that size) again around 2-2:30

Snack at 4:30pm (usually protein bar and fruit)
(gym after work)

protein shake after gym or hockey

supper (dinner to many of you) which is usually something sensible like chicken and pasta, or lean steak and potatoes.

That's typically what I eat, it varies though. Well, actually, it usually does vary from that :p

However, on weekends I just eat when hungry, and usually eat out somewhere nice (once or twice) with my girlfriend.

Well, I start my morning at 5:00 with a dozen raw eggs and a pound of tuna. After that, at 7:00, it's half a pound of raw beef. I wait until noon, then have boneless skinless chicken breast, usually baked, sometimes broiled, or sometimes I'll make a protein shake and marinate the chicken in it, then sautee it all together with some more tuna. Around 3:00, it's more raw beef, and then another breakfast at 6:00, and more tuna and raw eggs and protein shake at 9:00. When I'm not eating, I'm working out, and when I'm not working out, I'm eating. Or trying to find my penis.

Ummm...really. Usually twice a day, but not enough. Lately, at least one meal a day has been with my girlfriend.

I live on my own (meaning without parents) and I'm always low on cash so I dont eat more than once a day usually.

It's actually somewhat good for me, because if there's food in the house I'll snack just because it's there. not because I'm hungry.

No way dude. I am dead serious. I eat once a year on my birthday. The rest of the year I inject vitamins straight into my brain drink lots of liquid the rest of the year. So much cheaper.
