Has it occured to you that they never use amanos artwork for a gamesprite?? I just looked at this and remembered Celes' sprite form...

cel style should never be combined with soft style CG in such a horrible manner.

Has it occured to you how difficult it would be to fit amano's artwork into a 32 pixel high sprite?

If it's this statement you're confused about, I think it has to do with the image that pops up when you click the link (which doesn't work).
