Digging for Buttons!

As i looked out of my window today i saw my grandpapa digging holes in the garden, and said to my dad 'what's grandad digging for?' and my dad said, 'i dont know, son, i just don't know :choc2:'
which leads me to an interesting conclusion, he must have been digging for buttons to stick onto the side of his new car! :excited:

anyway, do you find yourself randomly digging holes often? what is the best thing you've ever found?
