Kimarhi's Celestial Weapon...??

The guide thing on here says to follow the "ghostly cactuar" to a wrecked lightning tower and pray at the base of it for Kimarhi's weapon. I tried following the cactuar....it follows me! Is the lightning tower that I have to go to the one on the left where everyone found shelter the first time thru the Thunder Plains? Can I get the weapon without following the Cactuar if I know where it is?

Follow the Cactuar. When it doesn't go further, you're there. You've probably already reached the spot since it looked like it was following you. It's not far from the entrance of Thunder plains. It's the only thing that looks like a wrecked tower and it's located all the way to the east on the map, a bit north from the exit. Press the Square button next to the tower.
