Anime Influences

I've only played this game for an hour and I spotted three anime influences over the game:

1) Sailor Moon or any other magical girl show especially in the spherechanges where the old costume disappears and a new one appears.

2) Macross/Robotech. Only J-pop can save the world!

3) This will take some explaining. In anime there is a recurring character type I like to call the femme fatale nemesis. She's always protrayed as vain, provocatively dressed and greedy. She's always accompanied by two flunkies, one tall and lanky, one squat and short. Such a character is not evil, but is usually unscrupulous and works at cross purposes to the heroes.

She was originally seen in Time Bokan with Doronjo:

well the japs did create ffx-2 and anime so naturally they re gonna put that design into their characters

anime is japanese and FFX-2 is japanese. they always make references like that. whats so suprising.

I was surprised more by the frequency of references to specific anime series than their presence. I was just curious if they were any others, or if they were all at the beginning.
