chaos: Perhaps in the Archive section of the forum, there can be a thread with all the banned members (or all memorable banned members) and beside that, written why they were banned.

If you want to know why someone is banned, send a PM to Chaos Prophecy.Crash.. He keeps detailed records on all the banned members and checks up on them frequently.
