Everyone knows the Final Fantasy series is the best thing to hit video games since it was invented but I have a problem know I can only remeber VII (best game ever) and X(eeeh) but the final boss was impossible to lose Sephiroth one hit kill (biggest dissipointment ever:cry: ) and Yu-Yeven auto life what is the deal

They were storyfights not final bosses, though I would have hugely prefered if Sephiroth v. Cloud had been touph.

Even Safer Sephiroth was a breeze i heard that the higher your level the harder he is I fought him on LV.80 or something stupid, I just hit him a few times and he was gone....
I didn't even Knight 'o Round him though I wanted to but I knew he'd die instantly...FFVII was too easy in my opinion.
Then again I battled like HELL with Necron...

I like tough Boss fights, I think from FFVI-X, they havent really been challenging, but theres always the special uber hard ones to keep me happy...

I beat him around level 58 or so the first time I played. He should have been harder.

Sephiroth isn't IMPOSIBLE to lose if you don't lose omnislash in time.
Usally he's attack an Cloud will counter - This is enough to kill Sephy but doesn't always work.
Spehiroth will use omnislash automatically after that

Safer Sephiroth gains 80,000 HP if one uses Knights of the Round against Jenova∙SYNTHESIS, and 30,000 HP plus various statistical increases for every character at Level 99. So long as one has no characters at Level 99, high levels will only make Safer easier.
Of course, even if one were to raise Safer's stats to their maximum potential, the battle would still be fairly easy. It would be more difficult than it is under normal conditions, though.

Why do you persist in making this stuff up? Cloud cannot lose that battle against Sephiroth; this is predetermined by the battle script. If Cloud hesitates/Defends/Row Changes rather than using Omnislash, Seph will hit him with an attack that will take 31/32 of Cloud's HP. Cloud will then automatically counterattack, and this counter will always defeat Seph. Even if Sephiroth were somehow able to survive that strike (and he can't), he couldn't use Omnislash because it's not part of the battle script.

chaos: I looked at the fight with Safer Sephiroth as the final battle. The one after that was, as stated before, a storyline battle.

Well, I fought Dark Cloud today and it wasn't that hard. I think Zeromus was worse...

The Emperor isn't hard at all. AT ALL.

Is that "not hard" with bloodsword or without? xD
I seem to have misplaced mine.

Without. I never used it on him and I can kill him VERY quickly.

Hmm. Officially I'm on extended level up leave, because I think Lionheart is hot enough to deserve somewhat decent stats, but really I didn't want to beat it xD
I guess I could go do that though.
Wow, I found Sephiroth hard and Necron pathetically easy, along with Ozma who was supposed to be the big hard thing that takes forever to beat in FFIX. I guess I'm just backwards.

I usually like them easier because it usually means they die faster and I dont get bored and leave the game for who knows how long.
Neo Ex-Death makes me cry. Chaos in the NES version of FF1 is a pain as well.

I would actually prefer they make the extra bosses easier, and the real bosses hard.

The extra bosses are there as a challenge for people who've already gotten good at the game.

Necron can be hard or easy if I remember... its been a while since I played IX. Think I remember him being really hard, killing 1 of my party members every couple of turns or maybe every turn... then next time I tried him I killed him without losing anyone.
Dont remember that with Sephy....Dont remember losing anyone.
Ultimecia was very hard first time I played 8, but is moderately hard now, I pretty much have no problem.

Consider the fact that Sephiroth have 0 HP during the fight, any attack can kill him unless you missed, which is highly impossible.
BTW, did you mistook this for KH about Sephiroth's Omni Slash?
Please ignore the statement below if you mean you failed to kill him instead of him killing you.
But even if you do, Sephiroth's attack can never kill you, so you will win for sure.
