How many X-Rays have you had in your lifetime? Lost count? What sort of broken/fractured bones did you have?

I like having them, because they're interesting to look at afterwards.

And you?

ive only had X-rays done in my mouth

Regular dental x-rays.
Chest x-ray that was required for work.
Endless x-rays after my motorcycle accident and still because it wrecked my back.

I've had a broken collarbone, shoulder and pelvic. All at the same time.

Had about five. I never got to see any of them. For all I know I may have no bones at all.

I have had Dental, Face, Arm, Foot, Hand...Does an MRI count. It is like a Brain X-Ray.

Out of all the X-Rays I have had it seems as though I have only had 2 broken bones ever! Go figure.

MRI is Magnetic Resonance Imaging, since it doesn't use X-Ray radiation, I'd say that yes, it counts as an X-Ray.

I've only ever helped to operate a machine, never been under one.

Not that I can remember, though I have a vague recollection of going towards the X-ray room...Maybe it was when my sister broke her arm...

I've had a back X-Ray, to check for Scoliosis. I've had a chest X-ray because I had pnuemonia. I've had an arm x-ray because I sprained my arm, and I've had several teeth x-rays.

Lots on mouth (especially when getting wisdom teeth out), one on each leg (managed to break both at the same time when skiing), one on chest when i cracked a rib, one on head when it got slammed in the slidding door of a van (that hurt alot) and a couple MRI's on my right shoulder when i tore the rotor cuff (pretty much means my shoulders screwed up). And to an earlier comment about MRI's they can be used to scan the head but i think edczxcvbnm might be thinking of a cat scan.

I was once about to sit, and someone pulled the chair away so I fell and hurt my arm. If I remember right it (the arm) was x-rayed. Nothing was broken though.

Once when I was going for my minor oporation, I was asked if I wanted to see it, I just wanted to go home so I said no ......
I cant remember if I had one when I broke my leg .....

By the way, don't you just hate it when the Doctor/Nurse hides behind the giant glass shield whilst taking the X-Ray? I know they have to do it due to prolonged exposure issues, but it makes you feel really unsafe when it happens. You're stuck right in front of the damned machine, and they're behind a huge glass wall, safe and sound. *shudder*

Aside from dental, only one. When I got a piece of a toothpick stuck in my foot. Apparently, wood doesn't show up in X-rays.

I have had my Face X-Rayed, CAT Scaned and MRIed. I have had it all. My MRI was years ago. I just recently had a CAT scan actually...like last 4 months recently.

I think, other than my teeth, I've only had x-rays twice. Once when I tore the cartilage in the back of my kneecap when I was 8, and when I broke my leg when I was 15.

Yah, Dental X-Rays ftw.

Although I am remided of the time I retrofitted one to take over gotham city, unfortunately all it did was a medical evaluation on my vicitms, they have a bone density problem there though.

Besides dentist ones, I've only had one chest x-ray, I think, for something that's kind of hard to explain so I just won't.

I remember I threw up afterwards!

I've had bunches of dental X-rays and countless other X-rays from when I was little on my wrist, hand, and a bunch of other stuff.

Countless X-Rays for stuff including but not limited to: Orthodontist / Dentist treatment, lung problems, broken hand, broken (to put it lightly) ankle/leg region.

I've broken my hand and I've broken, ground down and/or completely lost muscle and bone in my left ankle region. And yeah, I don't mind them much - as Calvin's dad would say, they build character.
