Ladyluck is deffinitive and based on gambles, so yeah, my faveorite.
Thief cause I like to Pilfer, steal, mug etc....
Samurai because they combat mp very effectively with magicide, which helped me not cheat to get pass Trema.
Warrior is included because they are one of the more tactical classes.
Songstress because I like the sustain type gameplay.


I'll bet I am the only person who doesnt bring up favour for Dark Knight or the dumbly powerful Mascot.

I voted Gun Mage. Equip her with Invincible (Break Damage Limit) and Ragnarok (Spellspring)/Iron Duke (huge stat boosts) for lots of fun. However, this only reaches its full potential when you have mastered all the Blue Bullets.

Dark Knight, Cat Nip Gunner, Alchemist, Samurai and Berserker all come in a close second.

I love the sayings, the entrance, and exits of the Dark Knight dress sphere. (It's sooooo freakin' cool! And really strong) But, another I like was the gunmage, because I figure out what attacks to use, it's strengths/weakness. . .and it was kind of cool to use/learn enemies attacks.:shoot: :bgl:

I like the samurai dressphere quite a lot because of how it looks but for overall usefulness it's definitely the dark knight.

I like Dark Knight DSP because it has more HP and MP than Warrior, in international + last mission version, this large-sized fiend will have more HP and MP with DK DSP...

Mascot looks retarded but it is the most powerful of all:
- It includes two additional Dressphere for each girl: Dark Night / Warrior for Yuna, Samurai / Black Mage for Paine and Berserker / White Mage for Rikku
- It has Auto Protect, Auto Shell, Auto Ribbon, freeing your accessory slots for ragnarok, catnip and the like
- It gives you the highest HP of all, at least 600 HP more than Dark Knight. Add an 100% HP accessory and you get to 9,999 HP around level 30, more with Enterprise accessory equipped
- In addition to all that it has Restore MP, Life and Heal party for Yuna, Petrify & Fire all enemies for Rikku and a 9,999 attack for Paine

Dark Knight looks the coolest and it is pretty strong too, but Mascot beats it both in HP and MP plus it has a lot better shielding. I just love Darkness and Black Sky spells! But you can get Black Sky for Yuna in her Mascot suit, and for the other 2 girls you just need to equip Chaos Maelstrom GG or an Arcana Accessory.

I usualy put my catnip equiped girl with Dark Knight, since Black Sky's multiple attacks w/ catnip can kill pretty much everything outside of Via Infinito, and Darkness takes care of the weaker foes w/o costing spell points, while it keeps my girl with low HP to take advantage of catnip.

Samurai and Berserker are pretty good too but most of the stronger fiends are imune to their spells so they are just useful for the high HP and the looks (and Auto Haste / Regen), Alchemist is my White Mage substitute: A lot more HP, it has attacks which WM doesn't, plus it heals and revives the entire party while WM only does one character at a time . Trainer and Lady Luck are pretty fun and lucrative $$$

When Yuna or Rikku change into their special dresspheres (floral and machina mawl) they first get almost naked (they have a skin tight full body leotard). But to see it after the first time they change in the game you have to set the DS change for "Full" or "Long" (whatever, it's the slowest DS change setting) on your game options.

My kids love the DS change dances so I usually leave it on "Full". I see it all the time. The change into / from Lady Luck is also "hot".

Alchemist is my 3rd favorite DS after Mascot (for power) and Dark Knight (for looks and power).

I don't get why people use White Mage after you get Alchemist... Why would anyone use WM in FFX2 ? It doesn't have Holy or Auto Life like in FFX.

Why would anyone prefer White Mage over Alchemist ? (Both fully "loaded")
- WM has no attacks, Alc has a powerful gun attack and can mix many more attacks
- WM only heals or revives one girl at a time, Alc "Stash" heals the whole party with 2,000 points with MegaPotion and revives all 3 of them (even herself if cast at the right time) with a Mega Phoenix.
- Alchemist opens up an incredible amount of full party "spells" like mixing 2 chocobo feathers to get the entire party on "haste". The same goes for attacks, you can mix some pretty nasty bombs and spells that kill all your enemies at once
- WM has less HP than Alchemist
- Alchemist looks cooler!!

i think the white mage ds looks cooler, and i only use mega-potion with the Alchemist ds. I'm not fond of either though, but tbh, I dont really need a lot of healing as I stick close to save spheres to train and use the charm bangle when on missions. The only times when I possibly need healing is when I'm against one of the optional bosses like those in Via Infinito, but if i'm in that much trouble, I dont really find the time to heal and end up dieing... (also, Yunas Mascot has cure abilities so if i need to, I use them)

But DS with healing abilities are really easy to master as pepole often get hurt, and even if only 1 hp is recovered overall, the healer gets ap for it :D
