Rikku has a turtle neck, but in the the "just the face" her turtle neck is missng..

It's like they were naked...(in FF8 you'll notice the same stuff)

they do that with about every FF character. have you seen zells? his neck is 3 times longer than it should be.

The closeups are just to detail the characters faces, there is no reason to draw in the clothing.
