Already a thread on this though it wasn't a poll. Oddly enough, it also neglected every game prior to FFVII. Therefore, despite Vivi being my favorite character of any game ever, I'm going to say Terra just out of protest (plus you've left out all of the female characters while including relatively minor male characters in some cases).

Couldnt go for Cloud or Squall, aseven though they are heroes they were... well, in Squall in particular reluctant heroes... They did good, but as much for personal reasons or because they were pushed into it...

Yes, Cloud eventually becomes the hero he was meant to be, but he started out uncaring about anything and not even sure who he was...


Havent played FF9, 6, 5, 4 or 3.. So, that leaves Tidus and Yuna...
Yuna - the girl willing to sacrifice herself to give the world a few years of peace, who eventually brings about a change for good in society...

Tidus - the wildcard who stands up and says: "No, this is wrong, I wont let you throw your lives away, we'll do something better..."


I'll got for Tidus, who stopped countless other people sacrificing themelves by doing it to himself, what a hypocrite :p

come on guys he hasnt played the other ones, i havent played tactics so i wouldnt know that charaters to put down, and no i wouldnt feel liek researching just to put them on, and its hero not heroines. It's not sexiest its proper wording. I didnt get offended. Not to sound all high and mighty though. But yea, just edit your first post to tell everyone the details.
I choose Cloud though....actually i pick him also because of AC cause he just kicked major butt in there. and yea. But i liked him a lot in te game, went through a lot of stuggles and still came out okay. So yea i choose him.

Cloud please. :) especially from AC, but it's not just cause he's flashy, he also got through lotsa things and managed to come out better. and he has his little quirks, faults and talents just like everyone else. for flawless altruism, though, id pick ramza beoulve or zidane.

Other people like Cloud and Squall, they mainly fight for personal reasons. Cecil, Zidane, and many others are also like this. Yuna is one of the few that actually fight only for other people and not for personal reasons.
