when you lead the mouse downwards to click on one of the tabs on your taskbar, and then suddenly there is no more space left on your desk, and you're only one centimeter away from clicking the tab, or link, or whatever, and you have to lift up your mouse and drop it further up on your desk so you can scroll all the way down to it.

I don't think it is. :choc:

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel

Mouse -> Pointer Options -> Motion -> Pull slider to the right

No, because it doesn't happen. My desk is very roomy, I have a cordless mouse, and my taskbar is on the right side of my screen.

Having the taskbar on the right is even more annoying. and so is a roomy desk and cordless mouse. :mad2:

He wasn't saying put the taskbar on the right. The slider in the option he was talking about affects how uh "touchy" the mouse is. So you move it a little, and the pointer moves a lot. If you move that bar all the way to the end, you barely have to move your mouse at all to go anywhere on the screen. Its almost too sensitive though. I keep my sensitivity high, but not maxed out XD

It's so easy to just move your cursor to click on something when their sorted vertically. Well, that's what I think.

i don't have that problem. i have a cheesy mouse for my laptop and i get burns on my finger due to touchpad sometimes (when i get sick and tired of mouse). with bro's pc, the mousepad is the comfy corner of a bed.

This happens to me at work constantly because I have a very small mousepad area (I actually can't even fit a mousepad on it) and it is very annoying.

Yes. Infact, this is an outrage.

Im used to it. Its when the mouse clogs up and is imposible to use that I get annoyed. Yes, before you fools tell me, I know, get an optical mouse. Thing is, not my PC to get a mouse for, and also, almost all the optical mice I see for sale look ugly, bulky, and the colour doesnt match the PC.

This happens way too often and I find it very annoying. It ruins the...mood.

The only trouble of that sort I have is when I don't move my pointer down far enough and accidentally start a full-screen program from the quick launch.

i don't have this problem as i have Logitech marble mouse like this

http://www.pcpartsxpress.com/product-images/KB_MOU/Logitech-marble2.jpg

so i don't have to move the mouse anywhere. however, if i jolt my table the ball will fall out and roll across the floor, which is very annoying.
