Help! I can't get Enterprise (US) & Catnip (Japanese)

I skipped Moonflow quest in chapter 1, in chapter 2 I can't push Tobli first, he's too fast, it's very hard task, what should I do?

Try harder. Attempt to keep Tobli sandwiched between Yuna and the wall, that way he can't run away. I found using the D-Pad was easier than the Analog sticks as you don't need to change direction when the camera angle changes.
