Former Staff or Site staff?

I notice somebody (ala. one Spatvark) has a Site Staff and Former Site Staff titles. I just thought I'd bring this up as it may cause some mild confusion.

Joel, you are confusing forums staff with site staff here. He is a former Cid's Knight and current site staff. The two are not really related and it is possible to be both at the same time, like he is.

Britt was 'The Mole', since I think he was still able to see the Staff Forum after he left, even though he had no powers. I could be wrong about that but he definitely had the purple title.
