It's true! I have murdered many now in this time! actually it's seasonal, I'm not so much of a murderer in winter
but I have crushed so many moths and flys and spiders now that Australia's hit summer. What can I say? I hate them, and I can't stand being around them. For the past week I've had exams to study for but at night I've spent a hell of a lot of time swatting moths that drift onto my desk or on me... The shock of one made me bang my foot on my desk, leading to my toe bleeding all night, so yeah! I hate them!

So what do you do when you see a great big ugly bug flying about your room, or sitting next to something that you're gonna have to go over and grab?

If it's something relatively passive, like a cricket, I try and catch it and put it outside. Spiders and flies generally get smashified.

I dont like to kill bugs apart from flies and ants because they really get up my nose (not literatly....yet anyway). If its something like a spider I usually leave them. I love spiders and mind when they make my home their home too. Unless, of course, the spider is of the poisonous variety, then I usually scoop it up and throw it outside.

I kill most that I see, but if someone else is in the house I'll usually scream for them to come and kill it, especially if it's a spider.

I spent what seemed like hours chasing a spider around my room once. It kept hiding in the hardest to reach places. >=(

I hate living in Australia, so many bugs here, I'm moving in under three weeks though to Norway so that problem will soon be over.

If its a spider/moth/daddy-long-legs, I'll run out of the room and get somebody else to kill/get rid of it.
If its a fly then I either squish it or spray it with the fly killing spray. ;D
