The Next KH . . . after KH2

There's undoubtedly going to be more KH episodes. It was probably mentioned somewhere before, but I think there should be a Kim Possible world. It would be cool if at different parts of the level you could use Ron instead of Kim, and that wheelchair kid, and that Japanese exchange student from that episode where Ron has to save the Lotus Sword from Monkeyfist.

Kim Possible is the only show I know whose characters can be properly portrayed by their voice actors . . . that has nothing to do with KH but I wanted to throw it in there.

I spent years not watching Kim Possible. But the only other toon channels I have are Cartoon Network and Nick. During the half-hour block that Kim Possible is on, I would usually watch some cool CN or Nick show. But those shows were replaced by lame and confusing shows like Code: LYOKO, so I started watching Kim Possible. I don't really dig that whole "teen saves the world" schtict, but I have a hard time disliking the characters. I got to see an episode where the hermit kid, Wade (I think), finally appeared outside of his room. It was funny. Well, no, not funny. I don't know.

All right, so Kim Possible doesn't need a world in KH. A cameo would rock. I mean, c'mon, they put in Stitch, Yuna and Rikku.

Black Cauldron was originally from a five book series by Alexander Lloyd, and essentially it was them taking The Book of Three, a few things from the Black Cauldron, mashing them together, and then raping it of any merit. I would not like to see Black Cauldron in it.

I wouldn't really like a Kim Possible World, the show is funny sometimes, but I'd much rather all Disney Channel shows stay out of KH, except Dave the Barbarian, which is hilarious and that channels only truely good show in my opinion, but would never be in KH anyway.

Damn, I got my lines crossed, I meant I don't dig "the cheerleader saves the world" scene. That's what I was looking for.
Mostly the only reason I want KP in KH is because of Ron's "Monkey-Kung-Fu" and I'd really like to be able to play as that exchange student from Japan. I'm just a fanatic when it comes to martial arts. I recently watched Ong-Bak the Thai Warrior starring Tony Jaa (who does his own stunts [which are far more awesome and risky than anything Jackie Chan or Jet Li do]) and The Musketeer starring Justin Chambers (okay, I know that's been out a while, but I don't have the opportunity to watch every new flick the second it hits the theaters or the store shelves or the rental shops) and whenever I finish watching a movie (I like), I become the characters from that movie for about an hour (I don't do it on purpose, it's just a reflex). Thai Warrior is definitely the better of the two flicks. I spent the next hour trying to master the front flip. There were moments when the English dubbing sounded a bit off but it was still exceptional especially paired with the awesome stunts. Okay, I've turned this into a movie review.

Anyway, if Squeex ain't gonna make another KH after numero deux, it's no problem. I ain't gonna fret about it. I'm gonna be makin' some damn sweeter games anyway that'll just near put'em out of business and make them regret that unwise business decision.

But if they do, then MORE POWER!!! It'd be awesome to see.

Some representative from Disney said in an interview shortly after the release of the first game that they have every intention of sapping every last dime they can out of the KH franchise. As long as sales stay up, you can expect to see sequel after sequel until they run out of movies to reference.

I (inexplicably) got my Tron wish for KH2, so I'm satisfied. But if they're going to continue basing worlds on semi-obscure live action flicks, a lot of people are asking for a Black Hole world.

You guys want weird, obscure, not-so-widely popular Disney movies and shows like Tron, The Black Cauldron, Treasure Planet, and *shudders to say it* Kim Possible in this game- yet you don't think much more classical characters and stories from Disney lore like Scrooge and Mary Poppins should merit to be put in it?

But seriously- Tron (a movie that I vehemently hate- sorry Necro, but everyone has their opinions) is a movie I would never in a million years would think to put in Kingdom Hearts- even though it's in it. I think it's very likely that much more classic characters as Mary Poppins and Scrooge could make the cut if a movie like that can...

If we're really throwing stuff out there, though- since it seems everyone else is- I have a few ideas...

Star Wars - not too bad an idea, and since they do have a ride at Disney World, they must have some sorts of rights to it...
The Muppets - I know a lot of people won't agree with me, but I love the Muppets- Disney owns the rights to these characters, too- and it would be an interesting thing to put in with the live-action of Pirates of the Caribbean and Tron and the stop-motion animation of The Nightmare Before Christmas
Roger Rabbit - kind of a stretch, I know, but Disney does have rights to this (at least, partly) and it could be cool to have characters like Jessica Rabbit and Benny the Cab in this game...

I used to have a few other ideas, but I can't remember them at the moment...

But anyways- back to this thread's subject: if KHII makes as much money- or more, which it probably will- as the first one did, you can bet your bottom that another KH will be in the making soon after. ^_^

You realize that The Nightmare Before Christmas is Disney, but it really says Disney nowhere in its credits, just Touchstone Pictures? That's exactly how the ones I named could fit in, too. Disney does if fact have some sort of rights on these just like TNBC.
