So, yeah, i was wonderin how many people here actually still play final fantasy? cus i know i havent played a final fantasy for...ooooh, donkey's years i just get too bored with games nowadays :excited:

I still play them, but I've never been an obsessive fan of the series. If I play games, it's probably a FPS or something besides an RPG these days.

The last time I played an FF game was when I re-played FFVII in the summer. It takes a lot of willpower to want to try a campaign of endless random battles after undertaking so many of them in the past.

EDIT: Actually me and my brother re-started FFIX in September, but we didn't get far as we both had to leave to go to different universities.

Yeah, I re-play 'em sometimes. Mostly FF9 as it's the easiest and definitely one of the best. FF8 is great, but the thought of replaying that again at the moment...I would die.

I actually play a fair amount of Final Fantasy's still. Replayed the first disc of FF7 this summer. Replayed FFIX last summer. Replayed the beginning of FFX a few months ago. Replaying FFVI currently. Planning to begin replaying FFVIII soon.

I completed FFX for the fourth time a few months ago, and I started X-2 shortly after that. However, I've been quite busy recently, so I haven't had time to play on my consoles at all.

So, yes, I do still play FF games, but only when I get the chance ... which isn't often. :(

I still play FF occasionally, but I never really owned many games. Having never own a PS1 or PS2 certainly caused that, of I may be more into them. The last I bought was Dawn of Souls, though I'll be picking up IV for the GBA once it's out.

I stick to either FPS's or RTS's mostly nowadays.

I still play them, just recently I finished X-2 (not on 100% but I don't care I just got sick of it) and occasionally I turn back and play the retro games (FFs from the ps1 and snes) I eventually get bored of them though

Its funny how a name can sell like that even though each and every final fantasy has been a completely different game instead of a sequell off of previous ones.

At the moment I'm playing my 3rd way thought Final Fantasy VII, A No-juctioning magic save on Final fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy IV hardtype. Final fantasy V, and I've just completed Final Fanasty IX and beat Ozma for the third time. The day Final Fantasy XI is released here for the Xbox360 I will get it and play that also, if its good I'll probably forget about all the others that I'm currently playing. So yes, I do still play Final Fantasy and I'm not stoping anytime soon. :)
