thats one thing i keep asking myself....
wat was the most adictive game around....
i havnt found a tread about it, so i made one, as u can see :D

mine were final fantasy x / x2 and suprise, suprise: digimon world 2003...

that game was so good, i made a site about it...
but that is an other story....
just say your game, and get on with your lives....

(dont be a pain in the rear end to say i spelled a few words wrong, i`m not from arround...)

FFVIII for me but other games such as Chrono Cross, various other FFs, Xenosaga, SH2 have gotten me to play for a full day at once without getting bored.

Morrowind, that game is too big for you to not get addicted.

For me, it was Super Smash Bros. Melee. That game has so much to do that it's almost impossible to not get addicted to it. I couldn't put it down for the first week I had it.

KOTOR 2 owned my soul... Lots of other games, but really, that one blew them all out of the water, so I won't bother making a list.

Believe it or not, Yoshi's Island for the SNES, and WCW Vs nWo World Tour for the Nintendo 64. Oh, and of course, Zelda: OoT for the Nintendo 64. No other games have ever truly "grabbed me" like these have.

Ragnarok Online.

World of Warcraft has replaced it, easily, but I've still managed to tone down how much I play it compared to RO.

Probably SSBM. I've been playing it for years, and I still love it.

My most addictive game, is somewhere between Ragnarok Online, and Animal Crossing... XD

of course, many other MMO games managed to pull me in for a few months... but RO will still be my fav.
and Animal Crossing is just addictive cause there's so much to do, depending on the current date... XD

The big 2:

Pokemon Red. I was a freshman in high school when that came out, and I played it basically every spare second I wasn't in school.

Final Fantasy X. I got this for christmas a few years ago and I logged in over 100 hours in less than a month. I spent every spare moment that I wasn't in school or working playing it. I remember beating Evrae with my friends watching, bored out of their minds.

Ok this is really sad, but its FFX-2, reason for it is.. I wanted to make yuna happy by getting her back with tidus, in other words, 100% complete - in about a week ;_;

Damn, I forgot about animal crossing, all 3 of us, me, my wife and my kid each had our own memory cards so we could visit each others towns. I cant count the number of times I would come home from work or wake up on a weekend, and have my wife hand me her controller so i could pull her smurfing weeds :D :D :D :D . That game took a year from each of us!

Definetly Super Smash Bros. Melee and any of the PC Call of Duty games. I can't even begin to guess how much time I spend on the computer in mulitplayer on CoD.

Any Phantasy Star Online game will easily become an addiction for me. I've been drawn in to every single one of those damn things except Episode 3, which I skipped out on.

Blue Burst came out this summer, and that was the worst of it. I spent at least half of my waking summer hours playing that game. The game got hacked to hell, just as all PSO games do because Sonic Team is incompetent, so I no longer play it.

Was it a bad decision in retrospect? Probably not. I really enjoy PSO.

I really don't know. I haven't been addicted to a game in awhile, and there's nothing I've played more than three times.

So either all of the Silent Hill series or Drakengard.

Final Fantasy 7. When I got it I played it till my eyes were on the verge of bleeding day in and day out. I do feel like replaying it, but it's a can of worms I don't need to open at the moment, I have women folk to attend to these days.

It was definately FFVII, which actually took me about 4 years to complete because whenever I got stuck on a boss I would either;
Start the game completely over right from the start,
Or level up for about 1 month until I became an all powerfull being.
I only left the house to go to school for those 4 years...

Me and both my bros were and still are obsessed with the first super smash bros, we think the 2nd one is too fast paced. Although side-stepping is always nice.

World of Warcraft. If you desire a social life, stay the hell away from that game. Luckily, I don't desire a social life.

i would have to say,
Runescape - lotta fun but after beating the f2p quests, i didnt wanna pay to play the member crap.
DDR - love it, but quit a lil after I got a AAA on Legend of Maxx on heavy, double. other than that, there wasn't anymore challenge for me I was one of the best in my area, and AAA'ing every song got boring.
Diablo II - for some reason I started again. :rolleyes2
