Is the Beach Quest real or not

I have seen some sites that have the beach quest listed as a sidequest and have actually attempted it. I dont think I hit every beach cause it didnt work, but I hears that you needed to find all the chocographs and the paradise treasures and have the ultima weapon for the beach quest to work. If any of you have done this please tell me.

What actually happens is when you go through all the beaches you pause and press XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXO then the choco king will come and transport you to a nudist beach where you can play mini games with the women which is kind of like the hot coffee mini game in GTA: SA but is more erotic and once you win 100 games you get the 'TOY' and then take it to kuja at the end of the game and when you finish there the ending will be different because all they say through the whole thing is 'SECKS LOL' and you get a cooler version of the blackjack game at the end because you use porno cards

It is a real sidequest, but is completely pointless due to the existence of a little item called a Tent.

It's a mildly fun sidequest if you just want to complete the game with everything done. However, I don't think you can complete this side-quest until the head honcho chocobo tells you to go ahead and try it.
