Anima by far. She's scary and sad, a cross between Lady MacBeth and Hellraiser.

Diablos comes in a close second though.

Bahumut in any of his incarnations....

Although I must admit I thought Bahumut-ZERO just a tad overdone... but by christ he didnt half wallop Sephiroth for a good hit... :D

Gilgamesh. ^_^

Because in FFV he has the best battle theme song ever, then they make him a summon who helped me kill Ultemicia! He's the best for me. HE shows up in boss battles when you can't summon or they'll die!!
