its good that it reflects all the bad black magic off of your party, but it also reflects curing or any good magic cast upon your party.is it worth it to have auto reflect equiped?

For the reasons you mentioned
There are some monsters that you can only win with it on, but that's FFX and FFX2

nah, its not really worth it. I only use it on bosses sometimes and just use Dagger or Eiko to cast it. So I dont like auto-reflect, but I do like reflect

It makes you'r spells much stronger if you cast them on yourself.

The damage caused by reflected magical attacks is only doubled when Vivi has the Reflectx2 ability equipped.

No, I personally don't like it.
A lot of times, I forget I have reflect on so when I try to heal my party... not fun. :kaoupset:

the problem with reflect is that you cant use healing magic unless you cast reflect on your whole party and also the enemys then cast cure spells on the enemy so they bounce off but its so random that theres no way of telling who it will cure (unless you cast it on all of the enemys.).and also this is a useful trick for bosses, if all of your characters have reflect , have vivi cast a powerful spell on all of your characters then it will bounce off all of them and hit the enemy four times.

Auto-Reflect is good in conjunction with Auto-Regen and Auto-Potion (for Auto-Potion, sell all of your potions and stock up on Hi-Potions). That way you won't have to worry about healing because your characters will self-heal, and you can always use items to heal if you for some reason need more healing.
Auto-Reflect is also good, as someone mentioned before, in conjunction with Reflect x2, so Vivi can be that much stronger.
i never use auto-potion its a waste of space and money. autoregen should easily be enough to keep your characters haled cause battle with necron, everyone to 1hp, they're full health before i get a chance to cast curaga, with dagger/eiko the next character

Everything he just said, except you don't really need auto-Potion once you have Auto-regen unless you're fighting Ozma. Just cast a simple Firaga spell on all of your party and watch the awesomeness of its damage once it bounces off. Vivi is the first characte able to do a guaranteed 9999 damage against any single enemy in the game. It works better than, say, Meteo or Holy or most Summons, and takes a LOT less MP! Even less if you use that ability that lets you save 50% MP.

Yes he is. That skill, however, requires a lot of points. Garnet, Eiko and Vivi can have it. Quina doesn't need it since Blue magic can't be reflected.

Is it worth learning? Sure, if you want to build your strategy around it. Do you need it? Nope.

Aurons Ghost, its called Reflect-Null. For virtual immunity to magic attacks and to make the best of this ability put Auto-Reflect on all four characters, Reflect-Null on your White mage and Refelctx2 on Vivi. I consider it a waste of Magic Stones, but you can use it if you want.

Aurons Ghost I would tell you the name, but I have an Italian version of the game...it is called "perforareflex", I really don't know what the English name is.

If you're not working on a 100% save, then no. I don't think it's so worth the AP it takes to learn it.
Unless of course, you don't mind healing yourself with plenty of potions all the time... I'm a magical type person, I forget the potions are even in my inventory until I run out of MP, so yeah...

I think it's good. Aramant has like, so much HP. He's 10 levels behind (and some others) and he rarely dies. I have Eiko on Auto-Regen. I'm teaching Freya for Auto-Reflect. I have Chemist equipped to Garnet and Eiko and I always have a healer in my party. Chemist doubles the healing-whatever-you-call-it when Potions, Hi-potions and I think Ethers. That's enough chatting. ^_^

If you're playing a level one challenge it is definetly worth it. Plus, it all depends on who your healer is. If you use Quina instead of Dagger/Eiko, it's worth it because blue magic doesn't get reflected back to the enemy. (As far as I know, it doesn't.)

Only good when fighting magic users (i.e. Black Waltz) and if you equip Reflect-Null ability.

You cant have Auto-Reflect when fighting the Black Waltzs. Dagger cant have Reflect by then either. Its too early in the game

I never bothered to use it
I almost never use auto-reflect and other auto-abilitys (auto-haste is only good auto-ability(my opinion) and auto-regen is nice sometimes)
