Do you get them?

I got off work 2 nights ago and felt totally drained. So hey I got a shower and jumped into bed. Sleep is like the remedy for everything. Then I suffered the closest thing to a woman giving birth. My left leg cramped. So I took it... I growled a little and moaned but it slowly went away and I was relieved. Then my right leg began twitching like it was going to cramp as well. Then it slammed upon me. Both legs violently cramped up and hmmm. I did everything possible to notify the family of my suffering. While biting a pillow I managed to scream everything but obscenity. The cool thing is. Noone heard me. Lol. Wow... Screaming to the top of my lungs across the house and noone hears my plea for help as my legs mercilessly rape themselves. :(

So when my legs finished their spazzing I jumped into a hottub and consumed tons of gatorade and orange juice. Grrrr the pain was horrid. :( x 1,000,000,000.

I get cramp in my foot now and again, sometimes it hurts quite bad, other times not so much.

If child birth is as bad as leg cramps, all you women out there have my sympathy.

Being a guy is awesome.

Is cramp when your leg refuses to get comfy?
Is it Pins and Needles?

I dont know these things!

That's when you leg falls asleep. A cramp is when the muscle cramps up and hurts to move or even not move. It just hurts.

Well yes I have then. But it wasn't half as bad as you must have had it. My leg would just not get comfy and it kept me awake :(

I have my period and yesterday I spent the whole day in bed tortured by cramps. I rarely felt so bad before, I wanted my mom to rushe me to the hospital, but I know what they do by now, and it doesn't solve the problem. :(

It's usually do to physical activity or excess water I think. I dunno never really got them. The used to tell us in football not to drink to much because you get "waterlogged" and cramp up.

Don't believe doctors when they say they can't stop your periods permanently its a conspiracy.:mad2: And since im not taking no for an answer they've said they will give me an injection which should stop them for three months. But its not 100% guaranteed. If it works ill let you know.

I've never had cramps. Although I experienced an insanely painful pain in my leg last night. :( Oh that sucked.

Its ten times worse....
And to top it off you get leg cramps all the time during pregnancy. Especially while attempting to sleep.

I know about that, also there is a special kind of pill with the same effect and I really want to try it. It's still kinda bearable while I can stay at home with someone who tends me. But what will I do once I get a job? I can't tell my employer "Sorry, I can't come today and tomorrow because I have my period"! If I did, I'm pretty sure they would kick my ass.

Ive said exactly the same thing to my doctor. That it is physically impossible to go to work etc and this injection is what she's suggested. My doctor told me that you can't take the pill permanently to stop periods. But lots of women tell me that thats not true because they have done it. But doctors don't like stopping women's periods because they see it as needless expense so pretend that there is no way of doing it permanently. But I refuse to be fobbed off with this nonsense and have told them they either find me something to stop them permanently or I want my ovaries removed. Which would actually cost them more money so if there is a way to do it I will soon know.

THOSE types of cramps turn me into an emo kid. I stay in bed and take pills and watch TV and read and be sad for a day.

Don't worry Rye, im on the case. If using my ovaries as a hostage doesn't reveal the cure. Then nothing will......
