Not peoples skin, peoples butt skin. If your pants fit you properly when you sit down your not going to see any butt. But you can however see the knickers sticking out of the top because the waistband on the knickers is too high. If you lower the waistband on the knickers so that you can't see them sticking out the top of your pants, and wear pants that fit properly so your not exposing your ass then there is no indecent flesh exposure.

I'm glad I got some responses out of that comment, as it was made in jest. I don't actually wear the same pants for weeks on end. Usually a few days and that's that, at most has been for a week (not in a row, just worn the pants a weeks-worth) but that's only during winter when there is no sweating going on. Hah.
