Faith Hill - Where Are You Christmas

Probably all traditional Christmas songs like Biddy Bom, that really cool Orchestra song that I don't know the name of, Silent Night and Deck the Nut Cracker Hall

Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer - Will Hung, among other songs on his Christmas album. :)

That is a good one, I must admit. Nothing beat's Noddy's Immortal line:

IT'S CHRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISTMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS SSSSSSSSSSS

I used to drink in the same pub as him when I lived in Wolverhampton.:D

There's a nearby radio station called Light 99.9 that plays all light rock throughout the normal year, which I hated when my dad would insist on listening to it anywhere we went. However, this same station that I had already grown to hate decided one year that, from Thanksgiving to Christmas, it would change its play format to all Christmas music all the time. Given that I used to not be able to travel independantly of my parents, I had to ride in the car with them, and since it was the holidays and all, we went a lot of places. This lead to an oversaturation of holiday songs.

For three, maybe four years, I had to put up with this. I like some Christmas music - choir stuff is good - but I absolutely fucking abhor most of it.

The Pogues - Fairytale of New York

Best Christmas song bar none. NONE.
It was christmas eve babe
In the drunk tank
An old man said to me, won’t see another one
And then he sang a song
The rare old mountain dew
I turned my face away
And dreamed about you

Got on a lucky one
Came in eighteen to one
I’ve got a feeling
This year’s for me and you
So happy christmas
I love you baby
I can see a better time
When all our dreams come true

They’ve got cars big as bars
They’ve got rivers of gold
But the wind goes right through you
It’s no place for the old
When you first took my hand
On a cold christmas eve
You promised me
Broadway was waiting for me

You were handsome
You were pretty
Queen of new york city
When the band finished playing
They howled out for more
Sinatra was swinging,
All the drunks they were singing
We kissed on a corner
Then danced through the night

The boys of the nypd choir
Were singing galway bay
And the bells were ringing out
For christmas day

You’re a bum
You’re a punk
You’re an old slut on junk
Lying there almost dead on a drip in that bed
You scumbag, you maggot
You cheap lousy faggot
Happy christmas your arse
I pray God it’s our last

I could have been someone
Well so could anyone
You took my dreams from me
When I first found you
I kept them with me babe
I put them with my own
Can’t make it all alone
I’ve built my dreams around you

This is my new anthem :D

"Fairytale of New York" by The Pogues is a classic, my mum plays it every year! I love Wizzards "Wish it could be Christmas Everyday" and Slades "Merry Xmas Everybody." Also John & Yoko's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)". Beautiful song.

Christmas songs ... that are released at Christmas time? Dont tell me you dont have a single Christmas song that makes you smile and happy its Christmas?
Cause Radiohead doesnt provoke happiness, Christmas related or otherwise.
