Okay, this is something I've been wanting to do for a while and I've mentioned it to a few people, so I thought I might finally make a thread about it.

Hangin' out a mall, this ain't. We're talkin' Bob Barker, fine female presenters and fabulous prizes. It's The Price is Right, baby! I was thinkin' we could get together to catch a taping, grab lunch/dinner/whatever and who knows? It's been proven that large groups will get someone on stage. Eh? Eh? :joey:

This'd probably go down sometime in early to mid-February, but I wanted to make this way in advance to get a list of people that want to go and to help determine a solid date. There's only one catch:

1. You have to be at least 18 years old.

More information, including the taping dates and ticket acquisition information, can be found at The Price is Right website (http://www.cbs.com/daytime/price/tickets/).

So... who wants to go, eh? :D

Why doesn't it tape on Fridays? That's annoying. I only ask this because I get every other Friday off.

Usually when big groups go they pick at least one of them.

didn't Rod Roddy die?

Strider

Yeah, he did, but that doesn't mean we can't do this in his honor.

And yeah, like Del said, it's a proven fact that big groups almost always get someone on stage.

And I'm going to make you go, Del, regardless of whether you have the day off or not!

The Price is Right is GODLY. Completely godly. I watched it all through my childhood. I would go if I could. I miss watching that show so much.
