first. "dark messenger" is the best FF tune ever and that has to count for something. its because of his insanity and he has some cool amazing lines and near the end of the game where kuja turns into more of a main enemy and trances he is so cool and undefeatable and he tears a planet apart and everything. one of the reasons hes cool is because of his mad theory that if he dies everything must die with him. hes just badass , cool and a good enemy.

About the counter, my eiko is already set with curaga or full-life (to beat safer or bizzaro sephiroth, you need two KotR, while only one KotR can beat kuja). His flare, I think it as more annoying than hurt.

1. Where is it indicated that Sephiroth is supposed to be stronger than Kuja?

2. You really need to use KotR to beat Bizarro/Safer Sephiroth? :rolleyes2 Talk about cheap.

3. Err....KotR wasn't in Final Fantasy IX. So the fact that you posess the knowledge that it takes only one casting of KotR to kill Kuja is amazing!

But yeah, Flare is more annoying than hurt. You said it. :)

sephiroth is stronger than kuja if you look at the HP and damage comparison the 3 forms of sephiroth have about 2-3 hundread thousand hitpoints where as kuja uses 5 other demons befor you fight him and then he has worse attack power and hp than most of them i mean 40k hp i could take that out of sephy and he wouldent even flich. besides "one winged angel" is a cooler track than "the dark messinger"
