I've read and seen things Japan has that won't come to America and other places,

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix
Final Fantasy X Interational
Final Fantasy X-2 Interantional+Last Mission
Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Special
and more....

Can we vote?, Should Square Enix let us have those video games too?

Most the games you mentioned are just the international versions of games that are released for the countries who don't get their own special priviledged releases like Japan and North America.

No, we don't deserve them, we're stupid gaijin with low intellects. We wouldn't understand them.

Really though most of the games are just that. International releases that Americans don't get because we got an earlier release.

As far as Dragon Quest, it's far more popular in Japan than in America. Itadaki Street Special is the only one on there that I would really want, and I am not quite sure why it isn't seeing an American release. I assume it's because they don't think it would be profitable.

It's for the same reason that Capcom doesn't want to release a Street Fighter vs. Time Killers dating sim.

International games never get released in America. That is because of it's name. I think they call it that because it is the american version played in other countries. The other games, I dunno...

I love too see Americans complain for games that they cant have, those games arent even worth buying. And you think you got bad, Europe gets nothing, you should be lucky to live in America.....

I dunno. That'd be cool if we could have it, though. Why don't we send a letter to SE and ask them that?

The Itadaki Street games have never been released outside of Japan.

It usually means "everything that the American version had and a ton more." The only instance I can recall where we didn't get screwed out of the best version of a game is Star Ocean III; since the Director's Cut version came out in Japan before the game was released in America, we got all the extra stuff that it included.

Not worth buying? I'd buy FFX international in a heart beat if my ps2 would play it, americans dont get dark aeons, which is ALOT more than "not worth buying" considering those ultra bosses take alot of time, not to mention penance. As for the rest, I really dont care about, but americans not getting dark aeons in a game where you can upgrade and do so much, almost invincible, yet there is still bosses that would cause you problems and we dont get it, is quite unfair imo.

They could release the international ones here with Japanese instead of the english, and just put all the extra stuff in there, except Japanese with subtitles. Since I used to see alot of complaining for the Japanese versions at other places, and you still get all the extras that came with the International release, that would probably sell.

I dont care if the voice actors were robots made from a single person recording on a computer, I just want those dark aeons.

Actually, the International version of FFX released in Europe had English dialogue, and KH Final Mix had at least some English that I've heard.

Yeah, I was going to buy it, only thing stopping americans from using it is our mod chip inside the ps2, so you can go have surgery on your system and you could play international, but I said screw it because square is just being dumb, I mean how hard is it to release it for americans? All they need to do is some stuff on the cd so american playstations can read it.

Like I said, I dont care if its 1 mission, or an extra cut scene or something, but like 8(?) huge bosses that could add ALOT of playtime to the game? thats like adding 8 new weapons to final fantasy 7, all harder than the current ones, and americans dont get it.

DJZen

No, but Americans DID get Ruby and Emerald weapon, which the original Japanese version DID NOT HAVE.

And then Japan got FFVII International, which had everything the American version had and then a ton of additional stuff.

Khaotic

honestly, I would rather have ffx international than weapons, reason? FF7 isn't really a game where you try to max all your stuff out, only reason people do it is to kill weapons and to have a completed, perfect score, but FFX has the monster arena, AND items to give yourself over 9999 HP and do over 9999 damage, therefore making it more of a "become invincible" type of end-game experience. Having the dark aeons would've been alot better, not only because there is alot more than 2 weapons, but because imo its in a better game, character structure wise.

Yuna in panties? what next?might as welltake off rikkus little skirt thing and show her thong.

Anyhow, it looks interesting, but imo a few missions or whatever it is, isn't better than a bunch of super bosses that would take time, and it fun as well.

I'm pretty sure the content of Last Mission is many times more substantial than the Heretic Aeons. You're rather overestimating them.

And last I heard, they were PISSED about it.

We also got Secret of Evermore, but I don't know if that's a SE game or not.

As much as I would like to write SE about my complaints, they'd use my letter for the fire stove to keep their asses warm during the holiday season, when all I asked for from them is a reason why we can't have Idataki!

I can't belive people from North America are complaining that they didn't get the International Version of Final Fantasy X!

Europe dosn't get half the game's that are released in America, and when we do get them it's usually around a year after their US release. Oh and on top of that it's usually a poor PAL conversion, so there are large black borders at the top and bottom of the screen.

Here's just a few of the game's that haven't been released in Europe to my knowledge.

Chrono Trigger
Chrono Cross
Xenogears
Xenosaga 1
Dragon Quest series
Radiata Stories
Suikoden 1-3
Only one of the Tales game's has been released in Europe that being Symphonia.

I'd quite gladly swap a few extra bosses in FFX for half the game's on that list.

Dreddz

NM, the list is far greater than that.....
we didnt get Valkyrie Profile ( probaby means that we wont get the sequel), Suikoden Tactics, FFT !!!, Phantom Brave, La Pucelle Tactics, Magna Carta, Legend Of Mana ( most probably wont get the sequel ) and pretty much every RPG that was on the SNES.
Thank God Destai is banned as he would have an instant spasm of retaliation......
It shows how spoilt the American Market are for games, you complain when your missing out on Extra mission, bosses etc ( which probably arent even good ). When the EU misses out on many many games. Good ones too......

Hopefully, the PS3, is able to play any game, as ive heard about no region codes...and with backwards capability we might be able to do so...I am SICK of not getting all these games! Us in PAL regions are FORCED to break the law to play these games that wernt released! Its bloody stupid!

Dreddz

if the PS3 is Region free, it would be great, but I feel the butchery of my PS2 for was nothing.

Thats what I love about the DS, the fact that you can play USA imports on it in the UK! I didnt have the heart to chop up my PS2, but it does suck that Europe doesnt get as many games as everywhere else.

We also got Secret of Evermore, but I don't know if that's a SE game or not.

Secret of Evermore was made by Square USA, a subsiduary of Squaresoft, to "alledgedly" make up for Seiken Densetsu 3 (Secret of Mana 2) not being brought over to America, though there's no verification of the latter at all. All evidence in fact suggests the opposite, but mweh. More info on that over at Wikipedia's entry for Secret of Evermore (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secret_of_Evermore).
