My apologies if this has already been brought to everone else's attention. I discovered this nifty little device this afternoon, and I'm actually quite stoked about the idea. I am a very enthusiastic retro gamer, and in my 2 or 3 years of collecting, I've gone through 3 NES systems, due to lousy pin connectors or just plain frying them out. I love the fact that a company is going to mass market a revamped NES. This could lead to a whole new interest in retro gaming. Now, I've been waiting to hear from some retro gaming friends of mine to get their opinions on this. Is it a good thing, or a bad thing? Some ridiculous "hardcore" gamers are sure to chastise me for my enthusiasm; after all, it isn't an original NES. Who knows?
I'd like to know if anyone else is excited about this.
