how do u get excalibur on FF4????

1. Get the Rat Tail from a chest in the land of Summon Monsters.

2. Take it to the guy in the cave near Mythril. You'll need the Hover Craft to get there. He'll give you the 'Adamantine'.

3. Take the Adamantine to the blacksmith at the southernmost point in the underworld. He'll take your 'Legend Sword' and start to re-forge it into the Excalibur.

4. Continue the game up to the point in which you have the Lunar Whale. Go back to the blacksmith and he will have finished the sword.

There we go.

i got it but i want the ragnarok now its stronger or the crystal sword where do i get these 1s

The Ragnarok is the the hands of Wyvern in the final dungeon. He's also called Dark Bahumut in the new Advance version.

The Crystal Sword is the FFII (US) equivalent of Ragnarock. And as previously stated, it is located in the Lunar Subterrane.

In FFIV Advance, however, there is a new and more powerful sword known as the Lightbringer that can be obtained by conquering Cecil's trial perfectly.
