It looks like either Chobits or Clover. Then again, a lot of Animes are cashing in on the 'cat girl' thing.

I'm not sure what it's from, but I can promise you it's not Chobits, Clover, or Cardcaptor. The fashion is similar, but that's not CLAMP's art style at all.

It's not Cardcaptor Sakura.

My guess would be it's from some shoujou anime or dating sim that isn't too well known in the US at the moment.

If she's got big eyes, cat ears, and a maid uniform, the show is almost certainly garbage, anyway, and probably nearly impossible to identify.
