sig problems

I had a sig, then someone took it off since it was more then 50kb, so i had my friend decrease the kb size, but when i went to exchange them, all the time i press save changes, nothing happens now theres this crap on my signature with the cookie monster and this advertisement...how the hell do i fix this?
