Puls ammo

ok im just about at the end of disc 3 i know i can get Puls ammo from energy crystals power generaters but i cant seem to get these items from the monsters i am supose to able to like ruby dragoons blitz im not sure if my lvl's of my charecters have to do any thing with it they are 100 100 65 65 and the others are in the 20's or 30's. i have fought countless amounts of rubys and blits with my lvl 100's and a 65. someone got any hints for me

Do get Energy Crystals you will need to fight Elnoyles, which can be found within Esthar (I believe you win 5 from every Elnoyle (?). You can talk to this man on the walkway who will start to have a fit and then an Elnoyle will attack you. (Repeat this as much as desired). Then you can take your newly aquired Energy Crystals and refine them into Pulse Ammo. :)

You don't win them from every elnoyle but I think it depends on level. I only got 4 energy crystals after about 5 attemps. Using magic spells on it helps though.
