So far i've seen Jay and Bob Strike Back and Mallrats..

Well I think there really both hilarious films, they made me laugh until my stomach staring hurting, really I did, well Mallrats isn't really based around Jay and Bob THAT much, but they appear many a times, anyway what does anyone else think of these films?

Jay and Silent Bob are only good as background characters. I didn't like "Strike Back" at all.

Strike Back definitely wasn't the best of the five. IMO it would be Dogma, followed by Clerks. Chasing Amy was good, and it was a View Askew movie, but I don't really consider it a 'Jay and Silent BoB' movie as they had one scene. Oddly enough, that's the one where BoB talks the most.

In Chronological Order:

Clerks
Mallrats
Chasing Amy
Dogma
J&SBSB

My favorite would probably be Mallrats, in fact it is probably one of my favorite movies of all time. Though as I've gotten older i've noticed more and more that the movie had some bad acting ::cough cough:: Jeremy London ::cough cough:: Clerks is awesome as well and has some of the best dialogue of the entire series. Chasing Amy is the serious flick of the bunch. Despite my hatred for Ben Affleck who is the lead character, I love the movie. Though it is dramatic and more of a serious flick, it is still very funny. Dogma was great as well, some great writing went into it, as well as some great performances by all of those inolved.

The thing that I love about the Jersey Chronicles is that each movie was different, and each funny for different reasons. My least favorite is probably strike back, as it is just dick and fart jokes the entire time.

Dogma is the bets one Ive seen followed by Mallrats. The one I most want to see is Clerks and Ive heard rumours of a Clerks 2.

Strikes back had some damned sexy cats...Shannan Elizabeth was very desirable in that movie(hell, what movie isn't she desirable in?). However, it wasn't that good. Mallrats and Dogma were much better. But they were all funny movies though.

Ive heard rumours of a Clerks 2.

A second Clerks film is indeed coming out. The film is tentatively titled "The Passion of the Clerks". It is slated to come out some time this year.

Also, anyone remember the short-lived Clerks animated series? It wasn't anything to write home about, for sure.

I own the Clerks cartoon. Funny, but not spectacular.

Dogma and Chasing Amy were my personal faves

Mallrats was my favourite, followed by Dogma. Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back did have a lot of weak points throughout the movie (Cock Knocker, anyone?) it still had some really great moments too.

Ohh, Mallrats is my favorite too.

Funny that so many people love Mallrats, as its Kevin Smith's "disappointment."

I'm excited about Passion of the Clerks. Apparently, he's filming it, again, on a shoestring budget using the original actors. *Yay* More Randal!
